We aim to create a Female community whose first priority is the Female carreer management. Our work is based on mutual support. We strongly believe, that the conversations initiated in a supportive atmosphere have an inspiring effect on all, and can help every one of us with getting further mentally, phisically and professionally as well. We wish for every woman who live in a foreign-language environment, that they will be able to balance family and work, so they can get the most out of their prospects.
We contribute to our community with our activities in order to gain insight on carreer chances and diversity in professional spheres.
